“This industry has been brutalized by plummeting prices, resulting in mill curtailments and closures across the West and into Canada.

While this is going on, we are adding a new machine center for processing small logs and adding employees. Your grant is part of the reason we are still a viable industry player and will continue to be for the foreseeable future.”

How to Qualify

Our staff has extensive experience determining whether your firm is eligible for Federal Business Grant grant funding.  We will work with you at no charge to explore all avenues available to help you qualify for the program.  Please contact us by email or telephone at 206-622-2730 or (toll free) 800-667-8087 to start the process.

The NWTAAC staff will ask you a number of questions to help determine your eligibility, including:

  1. Have you been in business for at least 2 years?
  2. Have your sales or production declined?
  3. Has your employment declined or will it be declining?
  4. Do you believe that these declines could be due, in part, to competition from imports?

Don’t rule yourself out! You could qualify for the program if you answer “yes” to at least one of these questions.  Please let our staff help you evaluate your eligibility.

If you would like to start the qualification process right now, please download, complete, and email this Excel Spreadsheet form so our staff can assess your firm’s eligibility for the program. All information will be treated as Business Confidential.
